Since our beginnings and first projects, we have focused on generating wellbeing in the communities to optimize the oil palm production process and improve the environment.

The Oleoflores Group was founded by Carlos Murgas Guerrero, a visionary entrepreneur and engineer specialized in agribusiness, and is currently led by his family.
In 2000, the company initiated the Oleofores model of "Productive Alliances" in which it began to foster the economic and social development of small palm growers under an associative model, which resulted in a clear success for the company and its expansion plans.
Today, we are more than 4,000 people working at Oleoflores to guarantee a well-made palm oil, with clear rules and traceability in order to be an international player.

Since its beginnings with oil palm in the mid-1970s, all the economic projects we design must have a long-term social component, focused on social, environmental and business welfare.
We consider ourselves a social enterprise because in all our oil palm business and social projects, we have worked for the reduction and eradication of poverty in vulnerable communities.
