Our model is based on productive and social alliances with farmers and the community.
We associate small, medium and large producers with experienced entrepreneurs, with the aim of turning their oil palm crops into productive, profitable and sustainable projects.
We are in five departments of Colombia.

Producers
There are more than 3,000 small and medium-sized producers who receive technical assistance, financial advice and socio-business support to constantly improve their palm crops.
- More than 44,000 hectares planted under this scheme.
- 4 communities in María la Baja, Bolivar, Codazzi, Cesar, Catatumbo, Norte de Santander and Repelón, Atlántico.
- More than $150,000,000 in associative loans.
- 3,000 people formalized.
- 16,800 people make a living from oil palm with this model.
Extractive Plants - Farmers
They are shareholders and providers.
The same producers have the opportunity to be partners of the extracting plants and, at the same time, sell the bunches of fresh fruit (RFF) to the extractor.
At the same time, the extracting plant generates dividends for them and buys the fruit at fair and transparent prices. The benefits include: receiving dividends, participation in the government of the company, and power over business decisions to bring greater benefits to the community.
