At the Oleoflores Group we are committed to ensuring that all our operations are framed within a framework of sustainability and simultaneously seeking to generate value for our shareholders.
We are constantly generating wellbeing with our community, farmers, collaborators and country. At the same time we work to improve the environment in all the palm areas where we are present.
We seek to guarantee traceability and sustainability in all production processes and management of oil palm with the environment:
We have three foundations located in Maria La Baja, Bolivar, Codazzi, Cesar and Tibú, Norte de Santander.
The foundations work to be an engine of social growth and generate positive impact in the lives of the people whose families work with the palm.
The three main axes we are working on are:
a. Education - School for workers' families.
b. Medical assistance - Medical centers and provision of medical supplies to community centers.
c. Recreation, culture and sports - we generate spaces that highlight culture and leisure and promote local sports.
Our model is based on productive and social alliances with farmers and communities. We associate small, medium and large producers with experienced entrepreneurs, with the objective of turning their oil palm crops into productive, profitable and sustainable projects.
