Crude Palm Oil is a totally vegetable product. It is obtained from the mesocarp of the oil palm fruit, Elaeis guineensis Jacq, by mechanical extraction process. It is characterized by having a 1:1 ratio of palmitic acid to oleic acid, which gives it high oxidation stability and does not require hydrogenation. It also has a high content of vitamin A (carotenes).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
